At East Ayrshire Council we are committed to creating a workplace where all employees are treated with dignity, respect and acceptance.
Inappropriate conduct and behaviour will not be tolerated and we encourage open communication to prevent such behaviour.
The Employee Support and Report Hub provides a home for sources of internal and external support available to employees who are experiencing, have experienced or have witnessed inappropriate behaviour such as
gender based violence, bullying and harassment, discrimination, hate crime, racism, homophobia
or
disability
discrimination in the workplace. Information and details of these support services can be found on our support tab.
The Employee Support and Report Hub enables employees to report incidents/behaviour as described above, and to tell us what happened in a straightforward way, either anonymously or with contact details, using an online tool.
There are 2 ways you can tell us what happened:
Anonymously
With Contact Details
Reporting anonymously helps us to monitor trends, take preventative steps and targeted actions and identify where there are patterns of behaviour that should be addressed. Using the Employee Support and Report Hub to report incidents or behaviour with contact details helps us to do that while providing you with more tailored support.

Information held on the system will be confidential, GDPR compliant and in line with our Information Security Policy. EAC will use anonymised data collected from this system to undertake trend analysis, produce anonymised annual reports and inform future preventative work. The information supplied will be processed in accordance with relevant HR policies and procedures. Further details regarding how HR process your information can be found in our
